
Therapy Serivces & Rates
My services are best suited for adults aged 18 and above who are dealing with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family stress, intergenerational trauma, relationship changes, people-pleasing tendencies, self-esteem issues, cultural and identity concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma or PTSD.
You will find rates for therapy below. Please note, reduced fees may be available for university students, seniors, or those facing temporary financial hardship. Inquire for more details or to discuss eligibility.

Standard Clinical Intake
This is the first session that every client seeking standard individual therapy will have upon meeting with the clinician. During the intake session, your reasons for seeking therapy, your therapy history, and background information will be gathered. We will confirm if we're a good match for therapy and a preliminary treatment plan will be developed.

Standard Individual Therapy
Each follow-up appointment for individual clients is 50 minutes long. Beginning therapy with sessions once a week is strongly suggested, as research has shown this frequency can be most effective for clients.

Trauma Informed Individual Therapy:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Each EMDR session including the first session will be 60 minutes and charged the cost outlined below. Weekly sessions are highly recommended for continuity and momentum in the therapueitc process.
